GCP Web Designs:- Terms and Conditions

• Hosting - We highly recommend your website is hosted with GCP Web Designs; however we cannot guarantee continual availability of the service and cannot be held responsible for any customer losses, either direct or consequential, as a result of any interruption of services.
• We require a 15% deposit or a £50 down payment.
• Once the website is up and running you have 7 days from it going live to make changes to it before being charged for them.
• We will not be liable for any text or images that you give us that causes a copy right infringement.
• We will collect personal information such as your name, address, debit or credit card details, telephone number and e-mail address. We will not share this information with any other company or companies. We will use your personal information to perform the contract and for marketing and research purposes. We will keep your personal information in a secure environment in accordance with the provisions of Principle Seven of the Data Protection Act 1998.
• You have up to 7 days to pay for the site once going live or it will be taken down again.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
• Customers have the choice to receive a receipt or an email to confirm payment has been made for the job carried out.
